Kym leads the Stakeholder Relations division at the City of Swan, focusing on engaging and managing stakeholder relationships in the development and delivery of City plans and services.
This approach responds to the City’s future challenges including growth, infrastructure demands, access to services and the diversity of stakeholder expectations.

Kym is passionate about improving the quality of life for community and providing a voice for stakeholders to take part in the City’s decision making processes. Those who live, work and recreate in the region are important stakeholders for the City of Swan and Kym is keen to build relationships that can be beneficial to all parties. Kym studied Commerce at UWA, is a Facilitator of Business Excellence and has qualifications in Project Management. Growing up in the Swan Valley, Kym has been with the City of Swan for more than 19 years so has a strong understanding of the needs of the City of Swan communities.
